Rental Terms & Conditions

To participate in our rental program we require customers to have equipment damage insurance (inland marine) coverage and / or a deposit for an amount equal to or greater than the replacement value of the gear they are renting to cover any loss, theft or damaged that may occur during the rental period. StageLive Productions must be listed as an additional insured and loss payee on your insurance policy. Customers are also required to complete and return our rental agreement including credit card information that we keep on file until our equipment is returned. In most cases pick up and delivery options are available for rental equipment. Delivery cost will be determined based on the location of the delivery.
